Dr. Vasiliki Diamantopoulou

Dr. Vasiliki Diamantopoulou holds a BSc in Product and Systems Design Engineering and a Master of Science in ‘Technologies and Management of Information and Communication Systems’ from the University of the Aegean. She obtained her PhD in 2014, studying the effects of different forms of hard and soft ICT capital in firms’ innovation activity. Also, she has six-year experience in managing European and National research projects from a technical and administrative viewpoint.

Currently, she is a Research Fellow at the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics at the University of Brighton, UK, participating in the European H2020 project “VisiOn”, studying ways of enhancing citizens’ levels of confidence and trust in Public Administration online services.

Her research interests lie in the area of Privacy of Information Systems, eGovernment and Interoperability Frameworks, and eBusiness Information Systems.
